- Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided with your RA number. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the item is received.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.
5. Processing Time
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 12-15 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item has been received and inspected.
